To address the Planning Commission, please fill out a card located at the entrance to the right indicating your desire to speak on either a specific agenda item or under Public Communications and give it to the City Clerk. Your name will be called when it is your turn to speak. In compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 USC § 12132), the Grover W. Approve Tentative Parcel Map No. 20467 (TPM No. 21-020) 3. Approve Design Review (DRP) No. 21-037 APPLICANT: CP Logistics Jurupa, LLC 2442 Dupont Drive Irvine, CA 92612 LOCATION: The project site is located at 13942, 19356 and 14018 Jurupa Avenue and 11153, 11167 and 11191 Calabash Avenue (APNs: 0236-161-16, -17, -19, -20, -21 and -22), adjacent to the northeast corner of Calabash Avenue and Jurupa Avenue. RECOMMENDATION: Based on the information in the staff report and subject to the attached Findings and Conditions of Approval, staff recommends that the Planning Commission adopt Resolution PC No. 2022-___; and, 1.
