To address the Planning Commission, please fill out a card located at the entrance to the right indicating your desire to speak on either a specific agenda item or under Public Communications and give it to the City Clerk. CC-A Miscellaneous Project No. 23 - 004 - Review of 2022 General 21-1994 Plan Annual Progress Report RECOMMENDATION: Recommend to City Council to direct staff to send the 2022 General Plan Annual Progress Report to the Governor's Office of Planning and Research (OPR) and the State Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD). RECOMMENDATION: Based on the information in the staff report and subject to the attached Findings and Conditions of Approval, staff recommends that the Planning Commission adopt Resolution PC No. 2023-___; and, 1. Determine that the proposed project is exempt pursuant to Section 15302 Class 2, (Replacement or Reconstruction) and Section 3.22 of the 2019 Local Guidelines for implementing CEQA, and direct staff to file a Notice of Exemption; and, 2. Approve Design Review No. 22-025 APPLICANT: Herdman Architecture and Design 100 Bayview Circle, Suite 100 Newport Beach, CA 92660 LOCATION: The project site is located on seven (7) parcels and is located on the southwest corner of Santa Ana Avenue and Almond Avenue (APNs: 0236-171-47, -79, -80, -85, -87, -88, and -89.)
