To address the Planning Commission, please fill out a card located at the entrance to the right indicating your desire to speak on either a specific agenda item or under Public Communications and give it to the City Clerk. Adopt a resolution approving Tentative Parcel Map (TPM) No. 20709, Design Review No. 22-029 (Building No. 1), Tentative Parcel Map (TPM) No. 20708, Design Review No. 22-061 (Building No. 2), and Tentative Parcel Map (TPM) No. 20707, Design Review No. 22-062 (Building No. 3) subject to the attached Findings and Conditions of Approval.
