Hold a public hearing to discuss and consider a request for a certificate of appropriateness, in accordance with the Historic Overlay Zone district regulations, for paint work to be completed at 215 S. Bois D’Arc Street, Forney, Texas. 2. Hold a public hearing to discuss and consider a request for a certificate of appropriateness, in accordance with the Historic Overlay Zone district regulations, for paint work to be completed at 106 E. Main Street, Forney, Texas. IV.
