Fort Mill Town Council Meeting Wednesday October 1, 2025 5:30 p.m. Council Chambers 205 N. White Street Fort Mill, SC 29715 PRESENT: Mayor Savage, Councilman Helms, Councilwoman Cook, Councilman Hudgins, Councilman Wolfe, Councilman Moody, and Councilman Garrison were present. CALL TO ORDER PLEDGE OF ALLEGENCE INVOCATION EXECUTIVE SESSION Please Note: Council may take action on Executive Session Items listed on the agenda when they come back into Public Session. Executive Session Item #1 Discussion incident to contractual matters relating to 123 N. White Street. Councilman Wolfe made a MOTION to go into Executive Session. SECONDED by Councilman Garrison. Passed 7-0. Councilman Wolfe made a MOTION to come out of Executive Session. SECONDED by Councilman Garrison. Passed 7-0. ADJOURN Councilwoman Cook made a MOTION to adjourn. SECONDED by Councilman Garrison. Passed 7-0. The meeting adjourned at 6:55 PM.
