NEW BUSINESS 1) Municipal Order 01-15 – Adopting the attached Organizational Chart and Establishing the Position of Full Time Captain for the City of Fort Wright. 2) First Reading – Ordinance 07-2015 – Stage I Development Plan for Approximately 0.85 Acres of Area located at 3394 Madison Pike. 3) First Reading – Ordinance 08-2015 – An Appropriation Ordinance Adopting the City of Fort Wright Annual Budget for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016. 4) First Reading – Ordinance 09-2015 – An Appropriation Ordinance Amending the City of Fort Wright Annual Budget for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015. 5) Resolution 04-15 – Contract for Residential Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Services from July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2017. 6) Proclamation recognizing Barbara H. Howard 7) First Reading – Ordinance 10-2015 – An Ordinance Adding a new Section to Chapter 35 of the Fort Wright Code of Ordinance, to establish the Volunteer Position of City Historian. 8) Executive Order 11-15 – Appointing Dean Russell to the position of Volunteer City Historian. 9) Accept the Quote to purchase lighting for the “Families of the Fallen” Garden from A&S Electric Supply for a total cost of $1,937.
