FORTY FORT BOROUGH COUNCIL WORK SESSION SEPTEMBER 17, 2012 Forty Fort Borough Council held a work session on Monday, September 17, 2012 at the Forty Fort Borough Bldg., 1271 Wyoming Ave., Forty Fort with vice‐president, Frank Michaels, presiding. Council members present were as follows: Robert Craig, Dorothy Craig, Frank Michaels. Absent were Joseph Chacke, Betty Mascelli, Charles Rick Kamus & Karen Martinelli. Also absent was Mayor Boyd Hoats. Barbara Fairchild, Borough Manager, Fred Lahovski, Police Chief & Bonnie Arnone, Borough Secretary were also present. Due to the fact that there was no quorum of council, the continuation meeting of the September 4, 2012 meeting originally scheduled for tonight was unable to be held. Council will address those issues that were on the agenda for this meeting at the October 1, 2012 regularly scheduled meeting of council beginning at 7:30 PM.
