FORTY FORT BOROUGH COUNCIL WORK SESSION DECEMBER 17, 2012 The December 17, 2012 work session of the Forty Fort Borough council was held at the Borough Bldg., 1271 Wyoming Ave., Forty Fort, with VP of council, Frank Michaels presiding. Mr. Michaels called the meeting to order at 7:30 with the following council members present: Dorothy Craig, Robert Craig, Charles Rick Kamus & Karen Martinelli via telephone. Excused were Joseph Chacke & Betty Mascelli. Also present were Mayor Boyd Hoats & Secretary Bonnie Arnone. Mrs. Craig distributed a copy of the proposed changes to the fee schedule for the Code Enforcement Office. Ms. Martinelli asked if council had received the e‐mails regarding the COG grant available for the purchase of a street sweeper. Mr. Kamus suggested that a meeting be held with members of council and the public works department. He also questioned how the traffic study for Dana St. was proceeding. Mayor Hoats stated that the overnight parking ordinance needed to be reviewed and revised. Carol Seltzer, Tree Commission, stated that a tree had been hit by a FEDEX truck in the 1800 block of Murray St. She wanted to know who then cut branches from that tree.
