FORTY FORT BOROUGH COUNCIL WORK SESSION JANUARY 21, 2013 The work session of the Forty Fort Borough Council was held on Monday, January 21, 2013 at the Forty Fort Borough Building, 1271 Wyoming Ave., Forty Fort, with President Joseph Chacke presiding. President Chacke called the meeting to order at 7:30 PM with the following members of council present: Robert Craig, Dorothy Craig, Charles Rick Kamus, Frank Michaels & Karen Martinelli, via telephone. Betty Mascelli was absent. Also present was Mayor Boyd Hoats. Andy Harchar, 71 Butler St., Forty Fort, Pa, told council that tractor trailers are running over his tree lawn, breaking his water lines with concerns for his gas line. He requested council to place signs prohibiting truck traffic and was suggested to by council to contact Carol Seltzer of the Shade Tree Commission to see about placing a tree on his tree lawn to help the situation. Council held a brief discussion about police investigations and a request for Public Safety Committee members being notified of police officer interviews. In the absence of Secretary Bonnie Arnone, the notes for this meeting were taken & submitted by President Chacke for recording.
