FORTY FORT BOROUGH SEPTEMBER 16, 2013 COUNCIL WORK SESSION The September work session of the Forty Fort Borough Council was held on Monday, September 16, 2013 at the Forty Fort Borough Bldg., 1271 Wyoming Ave., Forty Fort, with Vice‐President of Council, Frank Michaels presiding in the absence of President Joseph Chacke. V‐P Michaels called the meeting to order at 7:30 PM with the following members of council present: Robert Craig, Dorothy Craig & Karen Martinelli, via telephone. Absent were Joseph Chacke, Betty Mascelli, Charles Rick Kamus & Mayor Boyd Hoats. Also present were Chief Daniel Hunsinger, Manager, Barbara Fairchild & Bonnie Arnone, Secretary. Items discussed were: ‐ Families for Forty Fort Park will meet this Thursday to discuss the possibility of another movie night in the park in the near future. ‐ Eagle Scout candidate, Chris Ercolani, will be getting a design to council for review of the proposed new sign for the Forty Fort Park. ‐ Municipal Recovery will shred resident documents for free on an upcoming Saturday at their facility on Stanton St. in Wilkes‐Barre, PA. The date & time will be announced & publicized. ‐ Budget requests have been presented to council for review. Finance committee will meet on Thursday, Oct. 3, 2013 to review same.
