The start date etc. are tentative dates subject to change based on the contractor’s schedule. ➢ Wilbert Rufe Resignation from the Shade Tree Commission • DRAFT RESOLUTIONS FOR REVIEW • RESOLUTIONS FOR FINAL PASSAGE RESOLUTION NO. 2023 – 14 BE IT RESOLVED that in light of Wilbert Rufe’s resignation from the Shade Tree Commission, the Borough Council of the Borough of Fountain Hill does hereby appoint the following individuals for the Various Boards to serve out the remainder of Mr. Rufe’s term until December 31, 2027: Shade Tree Commission Mike Klo 5-year term 5/17/2023 – 12/31/2027 • DRAFT ORDINANCES FOR REVIEW & ADVERTISEMENT  ORDINANCE NO. 878 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE BOROUGH OF FOUNTAIN HILL, CHAPTER 15, PART 3, SECTION 302 (c)(3), TO DELETE/ADD CERTAIN HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACES. ADD: STREET SIDE LOCATION South Bergen St front 608 North Bergen St front 918 • ORDINANCES FOR FINAL PASSAGE ORDINANCE NO. 876 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE BOROUGH OF FOUNTAIN HILL, CHAPTER 15, PART 3, SECTION 302 (c)(3), TO DELETE/ADD CERTAIN HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACES.
