SPECIAL MEETING CALL I, William I. May, Jr., hereby call a special meeting of the Frankfort Board of Commissioners and the Frankfort Plant Board for Monday, March 11, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. This will be a joint meeting with the Frankfort Plant Board. The meeting will be held in the City Hall Conference Room, 315 West Second Street, and may be closed per KRS 61.810 (1)(c), Litigation, discussion of pending litigation regarding the Frankfort Plant Board reservoir. May, Jr. (5) ABSENT: None (0) Following roll call, Mayor May called the Special Meeting to order. It was moved by Commissioner Sower, seconded by Commissioner Tippett, to go into closed session per KRS 61.810 (1)(c), Litigation, discussion of pending litigation regarding the Frankfort Plant Board reservoir. The motion was adopted by voice vote. The meeting went into closed session at 7:07 p.m. Mayor May stated that no action will be taken as listed on the agenda.
