APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Regular & Executive Sessions of August 24, 2023, September 7, 2023, and September 21, 2023. B. ADMINISTRATION, OLD BUSINESS AND NEW BUSINESS (any matters not otherwise noted in a specific category below). C. MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE 1. MV Excise Tax Abatement Denials. 2. MV Excise Monthly Letters for Comptroller. D. PERSONAL PROPERTY E. BOAT EXCISE F. REAL ESTATE 1. Abatements, Exemptions & ATB Appeals G. EXECUTIVE SESSION 1. I move that the Board vote to go into Executive Session under Purpose 7 to discuss and vote on matters that are confidential in accordance with law, such as, but not limited to abatements and exemptions (MGL Ch. 59, Sec. 60), or property income & expense disclosures (MGL Ch. 59, Sec 52B). Following Executive Session, the Board will return to Open Session.
