Results of FY 2024 Tax file preparation. C. MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE 1. MV Excise Tax Abatement Denials. 2. MV Excise Tax Monthly Letter for November 2023. D. PERSONAL PROPERTY 1. FY 2024 PP Actual Taxes Warrant. E. BOAT EXCISE F. REAL ESTATE 1. Abatements, Exemptions & ATB Appeals. 2. FY 2024 RE Actual Taxes Warrant. 3. FY 2024 RE Special Assessments Warrant. 4. FY 2025 Chapterland applications dispositions. G. EXECUTIVE SESSION 1. I move that the Board vote to go into Executive Session under Purpose 7 to discuss and vote on matters that are confidential in accordance with law, such as, but not limited to abatements and exemptions (MGL Ch. 59, Sec. 60), or property income & expense disclosures (MGL Ch. 59, Sec 52B). Following Executive Session, the Board will return to Open Session.
