APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Regular & Executive Session of December 20, 2023. B. ADMINISTRATION, OLD BUSINESS AND NEW BUSINESS (any matters not otherwise noted in a specific category below). C. MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE 1. MV Excise Tax Abatement Denials. 2. MV Excise Tax Warrants: 7th of 2023, 1st of 2024 & 2nd of 2024. D. PERSONAL PROPERTY 1. FY 2024 PP Abatements. E. BOAT EXCISE F. REAL ESTATE 1. Abatements, Exemptions & ATB Appeals. G. EXECUTIVE SESSION 1. I move that the Board vote to go into Executive Session under Purpose 7 to discuss and vote on matters that are confidential in accordance with law, such as, but not limited to abatements and exemptions (MGL Ch. 59, Sec. 60), or property income & expense disclosures (MGL Ch. 59, Sec 52B). Following Executive Session, the Board will return to Open Session.
