APPROVAL OF MINUTES: ►February 7, 2024. ►MOTION to Approve the February 7, 2024 meeting minutes by Harri. SECOND by MuChow. NEW BUSINESS NEHA-FDA Retail Flexible Funding Model Grant Award Director Liberty updated the Board regarding the goals of the work specified in the Grant and the status of the Health Department working on implementing the Standards outlined in the Grant. Spring Fair - June 5, 2024 Cassia Monteiro spoke on the Spring Fair and the vendors that will be participating. Community Closet Director Liberty presented the program and what the community is about. Topic of the Month Cassia Monteiro presented the Topic of the Month, “Healthy Eating for a Healthy Weight”. Metacomet Shared Service Grant Inspector Update Director Liberty presented the update noting that John Robertson was absent. Metacomet Public Health Nurse Update Public Health Nurse Alisha Sullivan updated the board with the Public Health Report for the month of March, 2024. Metacomet Shared Service Grant Epidemiologist Update Epidemiologist Cassia Monteiro updated the board with the Epidemiologist Report for the month of March, 2024.
