VOTING ON MINUTES
● April meeting minutes were voted on
All Board members voted “yea” to approve the minutes
COLLABORATION OPPORTUNITY WITH FRANKLIN CULTURAL DISTRICT
● The group discussed the opportunity to jointly staff a booth at this June’s Strawberry
Stroll with the Franklin Cultural District Committee. Conversation today will be about
who will be staffing the booth, and when.
UPCOMING MEETING
● Members of the Franklin Cultural Council will meet again on June 21st, 2023.

b. Reminder about completing updated Ethics Training and submitting certificates via email to
the Town Clerk’s office - even if you completed the training in this term.

3. FY2023 Grant/Budget Updates - Sarah
a. Reimbursements continue to come in
5. Upcoming Event Collaboration with FCDC
a. Discussion of availability to staff the event - will be splitting time with the FCDC
6. 2023 Cultural Festival
a. A formal announcement was made about the intermission of the Franklin Cultural Festival for
2023. This was shared via email, as well as on social media.
7. Filling Vacancies
a. If you know anyone who might be interested in joining the FCC, please direct them to fill out
the online application on the Town of Franklin website!
