Zoning Board of Appeals, Town of Franklin Public Hearings - Posting For Hearing on: May 2, 2019 Printed 0n: Thursday, April 18, 2019 and Thursday, April 25, 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Town of Franklin Board of Appeals will hold a Public hearing on May 2, 2019 in the Franklin Municipal Building, 355 East Central Street, Franklin, MA At: 7:55 PM Applicant: VERTEX TOWER ASSETS, LLC Address of Subject Property: 13-15 Edward Street (Map & Parcel 269-047-000-000) Petition Type: Variance From Section (or Schedule): To construct a wireless communication facility not allowed in the SFR IV zone, which is otherwise not located in the wireless communication overlay district as outlined in section 185-44 & 185-45. To Allow: Applicant is seeking a building permit to install a 116’ tall cell tower within a proposed wireless communication facility. The building permit is denied without a variance from the ZBA. An appeal from the decision of the Board of Appeals may be made by any person aggrieved pursuant to MGL Chap. 40A, Section 17 as amended, within twenty (20) days after the date of the filing of the notice of decision with the City Clerk.
