VARIANCE ZONING BY LAW SECTIONS: 185- 10 Non-conforming Lots Section A.(2) REASON FOR DENIAL: Applicant is seeking to demolish an existing single family structure and construct a 4-unit townhouse in conformance with zoning, with the exception of existing lot frontage. The building permit is denied without a Variance from the ZBA. An appeal from the decision of the Board of Appeals may be made by any person aggrieved pursuant to MGL Chap. 40A, Section 17 as amended, within twenty (20) days after the date of the filing of the notice of decision with the City Clerk.
