Conservation Commission
Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Ch. 131, s.40 (The Wetlands Act) Franklin
Conservation Commission will hold a Remote Public Hearing on Thursday, July 16, 2020 at
7:00 PM on a Notice of Intent filed Carroll Construction of Foxborough, MA for the
construction of a 7,255 residential subdivision roadway and storm water system within the
100 ft. buffer zone to vegetated wetlands.
This project is located at 469 Maple Street, Map 234 Lot 012, Map 235 Lot 142
& Map 242 Lot 027.
The hearing will provide an open forum for the discussion. This meeting will be done
remotely via the “ZOOM” platform. Residents can visit the Town Website (Franklinma.gov)
and click on the Town Calendar for up to date information on how to access the meeting.
