Town of Franklin Public Hearing Conservation Commission Pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, s.40 (The Wetlands Act) Franklin Conservation Commission will hold a Remote Public Hearing on Thursday, September 17, 2020 at 7:03 PM on an Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation filed by Rich Whittington of MV Cottage Development, LLC, in Canton, MA for confirmation of Bordering Vegetated Wetlands (BVW) and Bank. . This project is located at 0 Cottage Street, 0 Cottage Court, and 21 Peck Street, Franklin, MA. The hearing will provide an open forum for the discussion. This meeting will be done remotely via the “ZOOM” platform. Resident can visit the Town Website (Franklinma.gov) and click on the Town Calendar for up to date information on how to access the meeting.
