Public Hearing Notice Town of Franklin Conservation Commission Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Ch. 131, s.40 (The Wetlands Act) Franklin Conservation Commission will hold a Remote Public Hearing on Thursday, January 7, 2020 at 7:01 PM on a Notice of Intent filed by The Town of Franklin Department of Public Works, 257 Fisher Street, Franklin, MA for tree clearing, earthwork and equipment installation at an existing public park within Riverfront Area, Bordering Land Subject to Flooding and the buffer zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetland. The project is located at 380 Beaver Street, Map 288, Lot 002. The hearing will provide an open forum for the discussion. This meeting will be done remotely via the “ZOOM” platform. Residents can visit the Town Website (Franklinma.gov) and click on the Town Calendar for up to date information on how to access the meeting.
