Town of Franklin Zoning Board of Appeals The following notice will be published in the Milford Daily Newspaper on Thursday February 18, 2021 and again on Thursday February 25, 2021 FRANKLIN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Town of Franklin Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public/remote hearing on March 4, 2021 at 7:30pm via Zoom Platform. Time: 7:30PM Applicant: Wayne and Paula Proctor Address of Subject Property: 12 Lady Slipper Lane (Map 244, Lot 150) Zoning District: SFR111 Petition Type: Special Permit Zoning By-Law Sections: 185 Attachment 7 (Use Regulations Schedule Part V1 6.3.b) Reason for Denial: Applicant is seeking a Special Permit to convert a section of the existing residence into an accessory dwelling unit. The building permit is denied without a Special Permit form the ZBA. An Appeal from the decision of the Board of Appeals may be made by any person aggrieved pursuant to MGL Chap. 40A, Section 17 as amended, within twenty (20) days after the date of the filing of the notice of decision with the City Clerk.
