Town of Franklin Zoning Board of Appeals The following notice will be published in the Milford Daily Newspaper on Thursday March 18, 2021 and again on Thursday March 25, 2021 FRANKLIN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Town of Franklin Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public/remote hearing on April 1, 2021 at 7:30pm via Zoom Platform. Time: 7:35PM Applicant: Rebecca Kovaly and Nathaniel Kovaly Address of Subject Property: 266 Daniels Street (Map 219, Lot 170) Zoning District: RR11 Petition Type: Special Permit Zoning By-Law Sections: 185 Attachment 7 (Use Regulations Schedule Part V1 6.3.b) Reason for Denial: Applicant is seeking a Special Permit to change the occupant name of an existing accessory dwelling unit in an existing detached garage. The building permit is denied without a Special Permit from the ZBA. An Appeal from the decision of the Board of Appeals may be made by any person aggrieved pursuant to MGL Chap. 40A, Section 17 as amended, within twenty (20) days after the date of the filing of the notice of decision with the City Clerk.
