Conservation Commission
Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Ch. 131, s.40 (The Wetlands Act) Franklin
Conservation Commission will hold a Remote Public Hearing on Thursday, April 15,
2021 at 7:00 PM on a Notice of Intent filed by Rich Whittington, 1200 Turnpike
Street, Canton, MA 02021, for Construction of a new affordable multi-unit
residential development within the 100’ buffer zone to wetland resource areas and
within the resource areas themselves.
The project is located at 0 Cottage Street, 0 Cottage Court, 21 Peck Street, Map
286, Lots 158, 172, 173, 179, 180.
The hearing will provide an open forum for the discussion. This meeting will be
done remotely via the “ZOOM” platform. Residents can visit the Town Website
(Franklinma.gov) and click on the Town Calendar for up to date information on how
to access the meeting.
