Town of Franklin Zoning Board of Appeals The following notice will be published in the Milford Daily Newspaper on Thursday April 15, 2021 and again on Thursday April 22, 2021 FRANKLIN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Town of Franklin Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public/remote hearing on April 29, 2021 at 7:30pm via Zoom Platform. Time: 7:35PM Applicant: Taj Estates of Franklin, LLC Address of Subject Property: 340 East Central Street (Map 285, Lot 009) Zoning District: Commercial II Petition Type: Variance Zoning By-Law Sections: 185 Attachment 10 Free Standing Signs in the Commercial Business Corridor District. Reason for Denial: Applicant is seeking to install a free standing sign that is 120 sq. ft. where a maximum of 80 sq. ft. is allowed. The building permit is denied without a variance from the ZBA. An Appeal from the decision of the Board of Appeals may be made by any person aggrieved pursuant to MGL Chap. 40A, Section 17 as amended, within twenty (20) days after the date of the filing of the notice of decision with the City Clerk.
