LEGAL NOTICE FRANKLIN, MA Bylaw Amendment 21-873: Chapter 139, Sewers The Franklin Town Council will hold a remote public meeting on Wednesday, June 9th, 2021 at 7:10 P.M. on the issue of Bylaw Amendment 21-873. This Bylaw will amend Chapter 139 Sewers, Attachments 1, 2, 3, and 4 as follows: Existing Attachment 1: Insert new Schedule A Local Discharge Limitations Table 3-12, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit #1 Existing Attachment 2: Town of Franklin Table 3-12 Charles River Pollution Control District Summary of Limits and Industrial Discharges: Strike in its Entirety Existing Attachment 3: Town of Franklin Schedule B Charges and Fees: Re-number as Attachment 2 Existing Attachment 4: Town of Franklin Table of Sewer System Map Amendments: Re-number as Attachment 3 This meeting will provide an open forum for discussion and be available remotely via the “ZOOM” platform.
