Town of Franklin Zoning Board of Appeals The following notice will be published in the Milford Daily Newspaper on Thursday June 10, 2021 and again on Thursday June 17, 2021 FRANKLIN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Town of Franklin Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public/remote hearing on June 24, 2021 at 7:30pm via Zoom Platform. Time: 7:30PM Applicant: Matthew and Lisa Hurley Address of Subject Property: 22 Lyons Street (Map 326, Lot 024) Zoning District: RR 1 Petition Type: Special Permit Zoning By-Law Sections: 185 Attachment 7 (Use Regulations Schedule Part V1 6.3.b) Reason for Denial: Applicant is seeking to construct an addition with an accessory dwelling unit. The building permit is denied without a Special Permit form the ZBA. An Appeal from the decision of the Board of Appeals may be made by any person aggrieved pursuant to MGL Chap. 40A, Section 17 as amended, within twenty (20) days after the date of the filing of the notice of decision with the City Clerk.
