Town of Franklin Zoning Board of Appeals The following notice will be published in the Milford Daily Newspaper on Thursday July 8, 2021 and again on Thursday July 15, 2021 FRANKLIN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Town of Franklin Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public/remote hearing on July 22, 2021 at 7:30pm via Zoom Platform. Time: 7:40PM Applicant: Scott and Cassie Savard Address of Subject Property: 11 Maple Street (Map 268, Lot 015) Zoning District: SFR 1V Petition Type: Variance Zoning By-Law Sections: 185, Attachment 9 Schedule of Lot, Area, Frontage, yard and Height Requirements. Reason for Denial: Applicant is seeking to construct a porch that is 24.7’ from the front yard setback where 30’ is required. A two car garage that is 12.9’ from the left side yard setback where 20’ is required. An addition in the rear of the home that is 19.4’ from the rear setback where 20’ is required. The building permit is denied without a Variance from the ZBA. An Appeal from the decision of the Board of Appeals may be made by any person aggrieved pursuant to MGL Chap. 40A, Section 17 as amended, within twenty (20) days after the date of the filing of the notice of decision with the City Clerk.
