Town of Franklin Zoning Board of Appeals The following notice will be published in the Milford Daily Newspaper on Thursday, November 4, 2021 and again on Thursday November 11, 2021 FRANKLIN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Town of Franklin Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public/remote hearing on November 18, 2021 at 7:30pm via Zoom Platform. Time: 7:30PM Applicant: Franklin Flex Space, LLC Address of Subject Property: Parcel 304-064 (Map 304, Lot 064) Zoning District: Industrial Petition Type: Special Permit Zoning By-Law Sections: 185-23A.(2)(d) Reason for Denial: Applicant is seeking a Special Permit to conduct earth removal in excess of 1,000 cubic yards. The building permit is denied without a Special Permit from the ZBA. An Appeal from the decision of the Board of Appeals may be made by any person aggrieved pursuant to MGL Chap. 40A, Section 17 as amended, within twenty (20) days after the date of the filing of the notice of decision with the City Clerk.
