Also construct a front porch that is 34.5’ from the front setback where 40’ is required. The building permit is denied without a Special Permit and Variance from the ZBA. An Appeal from the decision of the Board of Appeals may be made by any person aggrieved pursuant to MGL Chap. 40A, Section 17 as amended, within twenty (20) days after the date of the filing of the notice of decision with the City Clerk.
