Town of Franklin Zoning Board of Appeals The following notice will be published in the Milford Daily Newspaper on Thursday, April 7, 2022 and again on Thursday April 14, 2022 FRANKLIN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Town of Franklin Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public/remote hearing on April 21, 2022 at 7:30pm via Zoom Platform. Time: 7:40PM Applicant: David and Amy Holmann Address of Subject Property: 22 Doe Drive (Map 306, Lot 026) Zoning District: RR 1 Petition Type: Special Permit Zoning By-Law Sections: Article 185, Attachment 7 (Use Regulations Schedule Part V1 6.3.b.) Reason for Denial: Applicant is seeking to construct an addition with an accessory dwelling unit. The building permit is denied without a Special Permit from the ZBA. An Appeal from the decision of the Board of Appeals may be made by any person aggrieved pursuant to MGL Chap. 40A, Section 17 as amended, within twenty (20) days after the date of the filing of the notice of decision with the City Clerk.
