LEGAL NOTICE FRANKLIN, MA Transfer and change of location for a Section 15 All Alcoholic Beverages Retail Package Store License From Village Mall Liquors, Inc. to Table & Vine, Inc. The Franklin Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on an application by Table & Vine, Inc, located at 348 East Central Street, Franklin, MA for a transfer to it of a Section 15 All Alcoholic Beverage Retail Package Store License presently held by Village Mall Liquors, Inc. and exercised by it at its place of business at 60 Franklin Village Drive and a relocation of said license to Table & Vine, Inc.’s place of business at said 348 East Central Street. This hearing will be held on November 2, 2022 at 7:00 PM and will provide an opportunity for public participation. Location: Municipal Building, 2nd floor Council Chambers, 355 E.
