The following notice will be published in the Milford Daily Newspaper once on Monday, December 5, 2022 and again on December 12, 2022 ________________________________________________________________________ FRANKLIN PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE In accordance with the Town of Franklin Zoning By-Laws, the Franklin Planning Board will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall (and can also be attended remotely) on Monday, December 19, 2022 at 7:05 PM in the Town Council Chambers of the Franklin Municipal Building, 355 East Central Street, for a Site Plan Modification application at 515 West Central Street in Franklin, MA submitted by request from Franklin Learning LLC, 206 Great Road, Littleton, MA. The property is located in the Commercial II Zoning District (Assessors Map 270 Lot 029.2) on West Central Street. The applicant is proposing to construct a 2-story day care facility within 5,250 sq/ft and a 3,790 sq/ft playground, associated utilities, parking accommodations, drainage and landscaping. Please note: This will be your only written notice of this public hearing. Should the Planning Board vote to continue this Public Hearing, the date and time will be posted on the Planning Board’s website under Agendas.
