Town of Franklin Zoning Board of Appeals The following notice will be published in the Milford Daily Newspaper on Thursday December 22, 2022 and again on Thursday December 29, 2022 FRANKLIN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Town of Franklin Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public/remote hearing on January 5, 2023 at 7:30pm via Zoom Platform. Time: 7:40PM Applicant: Robert Glencross Address of Subject Property: 71 B North Park Street (Map 297, Lot 130) Zoning District: SFR IV Petition Type: Variance Zoning By-Law Sections: 185 Attachment 9 Schedule of Lot, Area, Frontage, Yard and Height Requirements. Reason for Denial: Applicant is seeking to construct a single family home that is 14.0’ from the right side yard setback where 20’ is required, 15.0’ from the left side yard setback and 14.0’ from the rear setback where 20.0’ is required. The building permit is denied without a Variance from the ZBA. An Appeal from the decision of the Board of Appeals may be made by any person aggrieved pursuant to MGL Chap. 40A, Section 17 as amended, within twenty (20) days after the date of the filing of the notice of decision with the City Clerk.
