Time: 7:30pm Applicant: Dana Schock Address of Subject Property: 16 Dom Lea Circle (Map 323, Lot 032) Zoning District: RR 1 Petition Type: Variance Zoning By-Law Sections: 185-19 B.(5) Accessory Buildings and Structures Reason for Denial: Applicant is requesting ZBA relief for a 14’ x 14’ detached pergola that is 5.5’ from a principal structure where 10’ is required. The building permit is denied without a Variance from the ZBA. An Appeal from the decision of the Board of Appeals may be made by any person aggrieved pursuant to MGL Chap. 40A, Section 17 as amended, within twenty (20) days after the date of the filing of the notice of decision with the City Clerk.
