Time: 7:30pm Applicant: Anthony Cabeca and Kimberli Jacobsen Address of Subject Property: 220 Chestnut Street (Map 280, Lot 066) Zoning District: Single Family III Petition Type: Special Permit Zoning By-Law Sections: 185-40 D (I( (i) Reason for Denial: Applicant is seeking to construct a 12’ x 22’ sunroom that increases the total impervious area to 19.7% where 15% is allowed in the Water Resource District. The building permit is denied without a Special Permit from the ZBA. An Appeal from the decision of the Board of Appeals may be made by any person aggrieved pursuant to MGL Chap. 40A, Section 17 as amended, within twenty (20) days after the date of the filing of the notice of decision with the City Clerk.
