The following notice will be published in the Milford Daily Newspaper once on Monday, June 24, 2024 and again on July 1, 2024 ________________________________________________________________________ FRANKLIN PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40A, Section 5, notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, July 8, 2024 at 7:00 PM and the Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers of the Franklin Municipal Building, 355 East Central Street (also available to be attended remotely) to consider amending Chapter 185, Section 3 of the Code of the Town of Franklin. ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT 24-906 Zoning Map Amendment 24-906 would amend the Town’s existing definition of Mixed Use Development (Chapter 185, Section 3, of Franklin Town Code) by adding the following text: Mixed Use Development - A development on a single parcel containing either more than one non-residential uses, or a combination of nonresidential and residential uses. Uses allowed within a Mixed Use Development for specific Zoning Districts are detailed in Use Regulations Schedule Parts I though VII (see Attachments 2 through 8).
