The following notice will be published in the Milford Daily Newspaper once on Monday, November 4, 2024 and again on November 11, 2024 ________________________________________________________________________ FRANKLIN PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE In accordance with the Town of Franklin Zoning By-Laws, the Franklin Planning Board will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall (that can also be attended remotely) on Monday, November 18, 2024 at 7:00 PM in the Town Council Chambers of the Franklin Municipal Building, 355 East Central Street, for a Site Plan application titled “Plans to Accompany Permit Documents for 55 Constitution Boulevard” prepared by Todd P. Morey of Beals Associates, Inc., Boston, MA and submitted to the Department of Planning & Community Development on October 21, 2024, by NBPIV Constitution II LLC, Wakefield, MA. The property is located in the Industrial Zoning District (Assessors Map 313 Lot 59) at 55 Constitution Boulevard. The applicant is proposing to redevelop the property into two warehouse buildings that have footprints of 124,875 square feet and 60,300 square feet respectively, complete with associated loading and parking infrastructure. Please note: This will be your only written notice of this public hearing. Should the Planning Board vote to continue this Public Hearing, the date and time will be posted on the Planning Board’s website under Agendas.
