The following notice will be published in the Milford Daily Newspaper once on Monday, December 2, 2024 and again on December 9, 2024 ________________________________________________________________________ FRANKLIN PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE In accordance with the Town of Franklin Zoning By-Laws, the Franklin Planning Board will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall (that can also be attended remotely) on Monday, December 16, 2024 at 7:00 PM in the Town Council Chambers of the Franklin Municipal Building, 355 East Central Street, for a Site Plan application titled “Business Incubator Flex Building Site Plan 759 Union Street Franklin, Massachusetts” prepared by Amanda Cavaliere of Guerriere & Halnon, Inc., Franklin, MA and submitted to the Department of Planning & Community Development on November 22, 2024, by Charbel Saghbini, Stoughton, MA. The property is located in the Commercial II Zoning District (Assessors Map 314 Lot 13) at 759 Union Street. The applicant is proposing to construct a Flex Building for Business Incubation, complete with associated utilities and parking infrastructure. Please note: This will be your only written notice of this public hearing. Should the Planning Board vote to continue this Public Hearing, the date and time will be posted on the Planning Board’s website under Agendas.
