The following notice will be published in the Milford Daily Newspaper once on Monday, December 30, 2024 and again on Monday, January 6, 2025 ________________________________________________________________________ FRANKLIN PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE In accordance with the Town of Franklin Zoning By-Laws, the Franklin Planning Board will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall (and can also be attended remotely) on Monday, January 13, 2025 at 7:00 PM in the Town Council Chambers of the Franklin Municipal Building, 355 East Central Street, for a Special Permit and Site Plan application titled “Site Plan Panther Way” prepared by United Consultants, Inc., Wrentham, MA, and submitted to the Department of Planning & Community Development on December 20, 2024, by Camford Property Group, Inc., Franklin, MA. The property is located in the Commercial II Zoning District (Assessors Map 270 Lot 28, 38 and 39) off of Panther Way. The applicant is proposing to construct a 49-unit senior village with a mixed-use space. The applicant is applying for one special permit under Chapter 185, section 48: Senior Village Overlay District. Please note: This will be your only written notice of this public hearing. Should the Planning Board vote to continue this Public Hearing, the date and time will be posted on the Planning Board’s website under Agendas.
