The following notice will be published in the Milford Daily Newspaper once on Monday, January 27, 2025 and again on February 3, 2025 ________________________________________________________________________ FRANKLIN PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE In accordance with the Town of Franklin Zoning By-Laws, the Franklin Planning Board will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall (that can also be attended remotely) on Monday, February 10, 2025 at 7:00 PM in the Town Council Chambers of the Franklin Municipal Building, 355 East Central Street, for a Special Permit and Site Plan application prepared by Amanda Cavaliere of Guerriere & Halnon, Inc., Franklin, MA, and submitted to the Department of Planning & Community Development on January 10, 2025, by JEM Partners LLC, Franklin, MA. The property is located in the Industrial Zoning District at 151 Grove Street (assessors Map 294, Lot 1). The applicant is proposing the construction of a new 2-story climate-controlled self storage facility with associated parking and utilities. The applicant is applying for a Special Permit under Chapter 185 Attachment 3 Section 2.11: Storage Facility. Please note: This will be your only written notice of this public hearing. Should the Planning Board vote to continue this Public Hearing, the date and time will be posted on the Planning Board’s website under Agendas.
