PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE FORMER NU-STYLE JEWELRY FACTORY - BROWNFIELDS CLEANUP PLAN 21 GROVE STREET, FRANKLIN, MA The Town of Franklin will be conducting a public meeting on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at 6:00 PM to review the Draft Analysis of Brownfields Cleanup Alternatives (ABCA) that is being submitted to the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) to conduct cleanup activities at the former Nu-Style Jewelry Factory Property located at 21 Grove Street in Franklin, Massachusetts. The Draft ABCA will be available from 8:00 AM on May 30, 2025 to 4:00 PM on June 30, 2025 online at Brownfields Redevelopment | Franklin, MA, and a hard copy will be available at the Franklin Town Hall at 355 East Central St, Franklin, MA during normal business hours. The public meeting will provide an opportunity to learn more and ask questions about the proposed cleanup plan for the former Nu-Style site. Comments and questions may be submitted in writing until 4:00 PM on Monday, June 30, 2025.
