Tel: (508) 520-4929 Fax: (508) 520 4906 Town of Franklin Conservation Commission Town of Franklin Conservation Commission Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Ch. 131, s.40 (Wetlands Protection Act), the Franklin Conservation Commission will hold a Hybrid Public Hearing on Thursday, October 16, 2025 at 7:06 PM on a Notice of Intent filed by Jean Christy of Tighe & Bond, Westwood, MA on behalf of Robert Dandreo of Dandreo Brothers General Contractors, Lynn, MA. The applicant is proposing the installation of an updated stormwater collection system, including manholes and upgraded catch basins. Approximately 6,655 square feet (sf) of the proposed work is within 200-foot Riverfront Area to Mine Brook, with an additional 7,492 Square Feet of proposed work within the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands (BVW) and Bank, of which includes work proposed within the 25-foot “No Disturbance” Zone as well as the 25- to 50-foot Buffer Zone to BVW and Bank. The Project is located at 1199 West Central Street, Map 275, Lot 23, within the Industrial and Business Zoning Districts. The hearing will provide an open forum for the discussion. This meeting will be done remotely via the “ZOOM” platform and “In-person” in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 355 East Central Street. Residents can visit the Town Website (www.franklinma.gov) and click on the Town Calendar for up to date information on how to access the meeting. All records and files for this project can be viewed at the Conservation Office located on the first floor of the Franklin Municipal Building.
