NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FRANKLIN, MA LICENSE TO STORE PROPANE Tri-County Regional Vocational Technical High School 147 Pond Street, Franklin, MA In conformity with the requirements of Section 13 of Chapter 148 of the General Laws (Ter. Ed.) you are hereby notified that a Public Hearing will be held on an application by the Tri-County School District / Tri-County Regional Vocational Technical High School, located at 147 Pond St., Franklin, MA, for a License to Store Propane. The application is for storage of twelve (12) one-thousand (1,000) gallon above-ground tanks of propane for a total aggregate quantity of twelve-thousand (12,000) gallons. The Public Hearing will be held in the Franklin Municipal Building Training Room on the third floor of the Municipal Building located at 355 East Central Street, Franklin, MA, by the Town Administrator on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at 11:30 am. Residents can visit the Town website (Franklinma.gov) town calendar to review the agenda and for up to date meeting information, on and after October 24, 2025.
