Pole Petition Plan #31043119 740 KING STREET National Grid proposes to install one new JO Pole #71-50 approximately 80 feet Southwest of Pole #71 at 740 King Street, Franklin, MA. In conformity with the requirements of Section 22 of Chapter 166 of the General Laws (Ter. Ed.) you are hereby notified that a Public Hearing will be held in the Franklin Public Schools Central Office Conference Room, on the third floor of the Municipal Building 355 East Central Street, Franklin, MA, by the Town Administrator on Monday, December 22, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. upon the petition by Massachusetts Electric Company d/b/a National Grid and Verizon New England, Inc. regarding the attached Pole Petition. All citizens are welcome to attend public meetings in person. Additionally, in an effort to maximize citizen engagement opportunities, citizens will also be able to participate remotely via Zoom.
