POLE PETITIONS (2) PUBLIC HEARING February 19, 2026, 1:00pm 1. DEAN AVE: Pole Petition Plan #31239004 - Massachusetts Electric Company d/b/a National Grid & Verizon New England, Inc. National Grid proposes to install one new JO Pole (# P15-50) on Dean Ave., beginning approximately 55 ft. North of the centerline of the intersection of Hillside Rd. and Fales St. and continuing in a North direction. 2. ELM ST: Pole Petition Plan #31246278 - Massachusetts Electric Company d/b/a National Grid & Verizon New England, Inc. National Grid proposes to install one new 50 ft. JO Class H1 Mid-span Pole (# P2-50) on Elm St. beginning approximately 460 ft. West of the centerline of the intersection of Lincoln St., between Poles P2 and P3. Pole will be located on Town property intersected by Lincoln St. and Jeffrey Rd. A Public Hearing will be held in the Council Chambers on the second floor of the Municipal Building, 355 East Central Street, Franklin, MA, by the Town Administrator on Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. upon the two pole petitions described above. All citizens are welcome to attend public meetings in person.
