POLE PETITION PUBLIC HEARING March 17, 2026, 12:30pm Pole Petition Plan #31247141: Massachusetts Electric Company d/b/a National Grid & Verizon New England, Inc. OAK STREET National Grid proposes to install a new JO Pole (# P67-50) on Oak St. beginning approximately 170 ft. East of the centerline of the intersection of Oak St. and Donny Ln. at approximately (42°06’10”N 71°25’29W). In conformity with the requirements of Section 22 of Chapter 166 of the General Laws (Ter. Ed.) you are hereby notified that a Public Hearing will be held in the Training Room on the third floor of the Municipal Building, 355 East Central Street, Franklin, MA, by the Town Administrator on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at 12:30 p.m. upon the petition by Massachusetts Electric Company d/b/a National Grid regarding the Pole Petition described above. All citizens are welcome to attend public meetings in person.
