POLE PETITION PUBLIC HEARING April 9, 2026, 1:00 PM Pole Petition Plan #31247143: Massachusetts Electric Company d/b/a National Grid & Verizon New England, Inc. HIGH STREET National Grid proposes to install a new JO Pole (# P1-50) on High St. beginning approximately 160 ft. East of the centerline of the intersection of High St. and Main St., at approximately (42°05’13”N 71°24’05”W). In conformity with the requirements of Section 22 of Chapter 166 of the General Laws (Ter. Ed.) you are hereby notified that a Public Hearing will be held in the Council Chambers on the second floor of the Municipal Building, 355 East Central Street, Franklin, MA, by the Town Administrator on Tuesday, April 9, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. upon the petition by Massachusetts Electric Company d/b/a National Grid regarding the Pole Petition described above. All citizens are welcome to attend public meetings in person.
