FRANKLIN PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE In accordance with the Town of Franklin Zoning By-Laws, the Franklin Planning Board will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall (and can also be attended remotely) on Monday, May 11, 2026 at 7:00 PM in the Town Council Chambers of the Franklin Municipal Building, 355 East Central Street, for a Definitive Subdivision Modification titled “Cranberry Meadows Definitive Subdivision Modification Plan Franklin Massachusetts” prepared by Guerriere & Halnon, Inc., Franklin, MA and remanded by the Land Court to amend the approved Certificate of Vote issued on August 25, 2025. The property is located in the Rural Residential I Zoning District (Assessors Map 223 Lots 37, 38 and 39) at the end of Sunken Meadow Road. The applicant is proposing to add approximately 35 feet of pavement to connect the road to the Bellingham Town Line, in order to provide access to a twenty eight unit single family affordable residential development previously approved by the Bellingham ZBA pursutant to GL Chapter 40B. Please note: This will be your only written notice of this public hearing. Should the Planning Board vote to continue this Public Hearing, the date and time will be posted on the Planning Board’s website under Agendas.
